Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard 2-6 business days: Free on orders over Euro 50.00 in Dublin City & Cork City.
Standard 2-6 business days: Free on orders over Euro 100.00 for other areas in ROI.
Standard 2-6 business days: Euro 20.00 on orders under Euro 50.00 in Dublin City & Cork City.
Standard 2-6 business days: Euro 20.00 on orders under Euro 100.00 for other areas in ROI

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Deliveries are either by IRISH REMOVAL SPECIALIST LTD or a courier service chosen by (WWW.IRISHREMOVALS.IE). Although every effort is made to deliver in a timely manner, please note that due to delays in transport, IRISH REMOVAL SPECIALIST LTD cannot take responsibility for delays in receiving your shipment.
(WWW.IRISHREMOVALS.IE) ships to addresses only within the Republic Of Ireland.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
If we are using a courier to deliver your shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Items Damaged in Transit
If any items are damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all documentation. Please email us at info@irishremovals.ie prior to returning any goods giving a reason for the return and photos if applicable. We must receive the product within 30 days of purchase, or we cannot give a refund or replace the item.
Once the item in full is received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund excluding shipping cost.

Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 4 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund (Minus Shipping Costs) to you via your original payment method or bank transfer
Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility.
We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our quality control we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
